Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne has also a passion to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves as a Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles on the internet and has been a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's Unchangeable Truth.
